Poll on perceptions of religions
CBS news recently conducted a poll asking Americans how they perceive different religions. The results are surprising: only 20% of Americans view "the Mormon religion" positively, compared to 19% who have a favorable view of Islam. Almost 40% of Americans view Mormons unfavorably.

my roommate read that out to us as well. shocking, eh? i bet the hype around big love is doing nothing for our image, though.

Ouch. At least we're not scientologists. ;)
I wonder how many of those that voted "Unfavorable" are former or inactive members.
How sad- they just really don't understand and have very slanted and judgemental views.
