one of the things i studied last semester in my polysci class was how societies have attempted to help create a better environment for both genders to succeed equally, and one of those is to completely erase all gender. we looked at various societies anthropologically who have done this and showed how utterly flawed it is, and how it simply creates more trouble and sorrow for men and women. this is terrible because in the name of promoting equality and a safe environment for gays to be "normal" and "accepted," it just highlights their differences even more and draws attention to it. can't a gay person be more than their sexual orientation? if i were gay that's how i'd like to be seen and i would be appalled at this legislation. lame.

Yeah. Lately I have begun to really understand why so many people are moving to Utah. I think I'm going to stop making fun of them.
