Yum

Try this. We've made a couple of those cakes in the last week and a half, and they are vachement bon.

How much sugar and dark chocolate does that equal? And did you bake it as one layer (the picture looks like 2 layers). Looks fantastic! (btw... I'm Neal's sister)

Charlotte- It looks like just over a cup of sugar. The dark chocolate bars usually come in sizes of 210g-225g, so I just broke off a small piece to eat and put the rest in the cake. It bakes in one layer. Melt chocolate, butter, add sugar, eggs, then cook. Very easy, and very good.

probably not elizabeth. you need the kind of pan that as the removable sides.
