by the way elliott, i just checked your profile for the first time, and i love how one of your interests is "pain au chocolat aux amandes." i'll have you know that i found the best patisserie in paris while i was there and had a pain au chocolat aux amandes almost everyday and also got everyone else in my group into them. thanks for the heads up- i was scheming while there on some way that maybe i could fedex one to you or something. i couldn't eat one without thinking of you! ha!
