Severe thunderstorm warning
Our new weather radio works! It sounded a couple of warnings today on account of the cool storm that passed overhead this evening. Check out the video here. I made the file size small, so it's hard to make out the amazing clouds, but you should be able to see the lightning.

That's what I miss most about the east--the beautiful clouds and thunderstorms. Thanks for the good video.
wow, that was cool. i am sure it was even more amazing in real life. i think we get lightning in arizona. we will have to wait and see what happens during monsoon season.
