Oh Henry

He finally came, and we are so glad he did. Ginger was awesome, and she's recovering well. He was a little bit difficult because of his size and because he wanted to enter the world like Superman, with one fist up next to his head. But he made it.

Henry is a grunter. Awake or asleep, he is almost always grunting. The only time he stops grunting is when he's in a deep sleep, he's eating, or he's trying to listen to a sound he hears. Otherwise he's grunting:

Elliott and Ginger he is so beautiful. He really is a chunk. He had to weigh 9 lbs. Just wish I was there to hold him. His little sounds are pretty cute. Such a lot of dark hair. Ginger it is hard to imagine the he was all inside of you. What a miracle God gives us with the birth of this precious bby.
Love you much

thanks for the photos, Elliott. I can *just barely* resist the urge to flee the chaos here and hop a flight. :) Henry's adorable, and Ginger is a real trouper. Methinks it's the pioneer blood flowing through her veins.

What an entrance! So glad everything is okay. He is adorable. I wish we were close enough to snuggle him. Keep the photos coming please! We won't be able to get enough of him. And that sound he makes. What a sweetie.

Ahahaha, he is so cute!!! If he keeps that up I can definitely see a nice little home for him in the closet. :) I wish I could be there. :(
